Our Mission

The Community Resource Center is a non-profit community-based organization established in 1967 to help people meet basic daily needs and to serve economically disadvantaged communities. We are located in the heart of the most economically challenged community in the City of East Liverpool, and perhaps Columbiana County: East End.

It serves as a focal point for immediate and extended communities, offering programs and vital services that challenge folks' hardships while motivating their abilities, creating long-term solutions. Our goal is to assist people in overcoming economic, educational, social, and environmental adversities that would otherwise prevent personal growth while limiting professional success.
